A former Upstate high school teacher was arrested after police say he exposed himself to a child at a vacation Bible school.
Central police arrested Kevin Derossett of Liberty on July 20 after an incident on June 18 at an A.L.I.V.E. vacation Bible school event, according to statement from Central Police Chief Kerry Avery.
